Triple Oak Acres Bee Supply

Category: Equipment Also called: Triple Oak Acres; Triple Oak Acres Bee Supply (Coyle, OK); tripleoakacres.com Last checked: 2026-10-07

What it is

Triple Oak Acres Bee Supply is a first-party U.S. beekeeping-woodenware maker and online shop based near Coyle, Oklahoma (the site header says “Payne County, OK”). Its official About Us page says it “proudly manufacture[s] durable woodenware” — boxes, bottom boards, lids, and hive components — and the home page says “Most of our woodenware is handcrafted in-house near Coyle, Oklahoma.” Its Shopify catalog (tripleoakacres.com) sells wax-dipped and plain Langstroth hive bodies and supers in 5-, 8- and 10-frame sizes, complete wax-dipped hives and nucs, frames and foundation, feeders, hive tools and smokers, protective apparel, queen-rearing supplies, pest-management products, swarm traps, and honey extraction and bottling supplies. This listing is for the first-party woodenware maker with an official shop URL and citeable on-page prices, not a honey retailer, not a county club, and not a course.

Who it’s for

Backyard through commercial beekeepers — the About page addresses everyone from people “installing your very first nuc” to those “managing hundreds of colonies” — who want wax-dipped, ready-to-use Langstroth woodenware ordered online. The site header says it offers local pickup and nationwide shipping. Central Oklahoma beekeepers can also pick orders up at the Coyle facility by appointment or at monthly Central Oklahoma Beekeepers Association meetings. Not a walk-in showroom (the About page says there is no physical retail store), not a membership club, and not a university program.

Why it’s listed

This is a first-party Equipment operation. It runs an official Shopify catalog with on-page dollar prices, says on its own pages that it builds its woodenware in-house, publishes shipping, return and contact policies, and prints a Coyle, Oklahoma facility address. It shows 2025–2026 activity: blog posts dated February 19, 2025, July 28, 2025 and December 14, 2025, a © 2026 footer, and a preorder page for the November 7, 2026 Kansas BeeCon. It is not a scraped directory card, not Amazon, and not an affiliate storefront.

• Identity / contact (About Us + Contact page + Contact information policy — checked 2026-10-07): facility address 11620 W 100th St, Coyle, OK 73027. Email [email protected]. The site header, footer, About page and Contact page give phone 1-405-355-9568, but the Contact information policy and Refund policy print 1-405-355-9564. The About page says the business is registered as a commercial apiary with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (ODAFF) and registered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State.
• Pickup, not a storefront (About Us + Contact page + Shipping policy — checked 2026-10-07): “Currently, we do not have a physical retail store setup for customers to shop,” but orders are fulfilled at the facility. Local pickup orders are “usually” ready within 24 hours, with pickup appointments 9am–7pm, 7 days a week. The Contact page says “Shop Open By Appointment.” The Shipping policy asks buyers to allow one business day to process an order and warns of weather delays.
• Sample printed catalog prices (official product pages — checked 2026-10-07): Wax Dipped Double Deep 10 Frame Complete Hive $224.98 (fully assembled: reversible bottom board, entrance reducer, two 10-frame deep bodies, twenty Premier Bee Products deep frames and foundation, inner cover, telescoping lid); Wax Dipped Double Deep Single Medium 10 Frame Complete Hive $265.00 (compare-at $289.98); 10 Frame 9 5/8” Deep Hive Bodies $20.98 unassembled / $25.98 assembled / $29.98 assembled and wax dipped; Wax Dipped Assembled 5 Frame Nuc Hive $79.98; Wax Dipped Swarm Trap with UV Blue Dials $89.98; Stainless Steel Smoker (4x7) $24.98; Professional 3-Layer Ventilated Mesh Beekeeping Jacket $120.00 (compare-at $129.98); Honey Refractometer $22.98. Product copy says the wax-dipped woodenware is dipped in 300-degree wax for 10 minutes. Confirm the live SKU before treating any figure as fixed.
• Returns (Refund policy — checked 2026-10-07): 30-day return window from receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. No restocking fees. Returns must be requested first (email). Damage or shortages must be reported within 72 hours. Custom or special orders, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Event pickups (COBA Monthly Meetings + Kansas BeeCon PreOrder pages — checked 2026-10-07): online orders can be delivered free to the next Central Oklahoma Beekeepers Association (COBA) monthly meeting. The page says COBA meetings are “generally” on the 4th Thursday at Will Rogers Gardens Exhibition Center, 3400 NW 36th St (Oklahoma City), 7–9 PM, and tells buyers to confirm dates with COBA. Triple Oak Acres will also be at the Kansas BeeCon on November 7, 2026 (DoubleTree by Hilton Wichita Airport, 2098 Airport Road, Wichita, KS 67209), with a 5% preorder code (BEECON5) valid only on orders picked up at that event.

Stock, prices, pickup arrangements and event dates above are what the official pages showed on the check date. They can change. Use the live product or policy page before treating any figure as fixed.

Notes

• Category is Equipment. Triple Oak Acres Bee Supply is a first-party Oklahoma woodenware maker with an official shop URL and citeable hive, nuc, tool and apparel prices. It is not a Local club and not a Learning pathway. It is the first Oklahoma listing in the directory. It is distinct from the Equipment shops already listed (Dadant, Mann Lake, Betterbee, GloryBee, Foxhound, Acorn Pierco, Rossman, HillCo, Blue Sky Bee Supply, Beeline Woodenware, Beez Needz, Premier Bee Products, Blythewood Bee Company, Western Bee Supplies, BeeBuilt, Harvest Lane Honey).
• The catalog also resells third-party brands (for example Premier Bee Products frames and foundation, BeeSmart Designs bottom boards and feeders, HiveAlive, Lorob Bees InstantVap, Swarm Commander). Premier Bee Products and Swarm Commander are tied to companies already listed (Premier Bee Products; Blythewood Bee Company), but Triple Oak Acres is a separate business. The store also sells a small range of its own honey, beeswax and lip-balm items and an “Apitherapy” live-bee product. This listing does not cite those.
• Prices, the pickup hours, the 30-day return policy, the COBA and Kansas BeeCon arrangements, and the Coyle address are copied from official tripleoakacres.com pages checked on 2026-10-07 and may change. The phone numbers conflict between pages (…9568 vs …9564), so cite the page you use. The Shipping policy text on the check date covered processing time and pickup only. It printed no shipping rates or free-shipping threshold. No purchase was made from Beekeeping Plaza.
• First-party logo saved beside this listing as triple-oak-acres-bee-supply.png (the official Shopify og:image logo asset logo-png_copy_2-2_copy.png, unedited 2000×1000).
• Not affiliated with Beekeeping Plaza.
• No Beekeeping Plaza contact, purchase, booking, or publication action was taken.
