Who it’s for

Beginning and experienced beekeepers in central Indiana who can visit the Knightstown store, and beekeepers who order equipment online. The home page says the business serves beekeepers “of all skill levels” and supplies bees, honey products and pollination services “in Indiana and across the Midwest.” Not a membership club and not a university program.

Why it’s listed

This is a first-party Equipment operation. It runs an official catalog with a cart and dollar prices, and prints its street address, phone number and 2026 hours.

• Identity / contact (home and Contact Us pages, checked 2026-10-19): 5002 West County Road 450 South, Knightstown, IN 46148; (765) 987-8385.
• Hours (home page, checked 2026-10-19): “Current 2026 Hours”: walk-in business Monday–Thursday 9 AM–4 PM and Friday 9 AM–3 PM; Saturday closed.
• Stock and fulfillment (home page, checked 2026-10-19): “We maintain a large stock and typically fill orders within one business day.” The site says it has no printed catalog and keeps prices and availability current on the web store.

Location

Store address on the official home and Contact Us pages (checked 2026-10-19): 5002 West County Road 450 South, Knightstown, Indiana 46148. Phone (765) 987-8385. Confirm hours before you drive out.

This is a retail supply store and bee farm. Do not treat it as a club meeting hall.

Notes

• Category is Equipment. Indiana already has a Learning listing (Purdue Queen Rearing) but no Equipment listing.
• Parts of the home page are out of date: a slider still says “5 Frame nucs Available May 2021” and “Beginners Beekeeping Classes Starting January 2021,” and the footer reads © 2019. The hours block, shop prices and the “Spring 2026” nuc item are current, so the store is listed, but rely on the shop and Contact pages, not the slider.
• The shipping policy page covers returns and refunds; it does not print outbound shipping rates. Check the cart and checkout for shipping costs.
• First-party image saved beside this listing as bastin-honey-bee-farm.png: the official horizontal logo file from the site header (Horizonatal-Logo-simple.png), 2377×706, unedited. The site has no og:image.
• Not affiliated with Beekeeping Plaza. No purchase, contact or form submission was made; the cart was only checked for an HTTP 200 (it showed empty).
