Acorn Pierco

Category: Equipment Also called: Pierco; Acorn Bee; Acorn Beekeeping Equipment Last checked: 2026-09-22

What it is

Acorn Pierco is a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of beekeeping equipment based in Chino, California. Its official shop (pierco.com) sells one-piece plastic frames and foundations, wood frames and hive bodies, protective wear, hive tools, feeders, mite treatments, and extraction gear, and states that it ships across the U.S., Canada, and worldwide. About-page copy says that in 2026 Pierco joined forces with Acorn Beekeeping Equipment to form Acorn Pierco, backed by family-owned Morris Group International, and that Pierco is known for the original one-piece plastic frame (Paul Pierce and plastics specialist Edward Fleming, 1977). Contact page: customer service Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. PST; online store open 24/7; most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Same page: Acorn Pierco does not offer will call or order pickup. All orders ship. This listing is for the first-party hive/gear catalog with an official shop URL and a Chino street address, not a honey-only retail counter and not a county club.

Who it’s for

Hobby through commercial beekeepers who need plastic frames, foundations, assembled deep boxes, suits and jackets, smokers and hive tools, or extracting gear ordered from pierco.com and shipped. Keepers who still know the catalog as Pierco or Acorn Bee. Not a membership club hall and not a university Master Beekeeper pathway. There is no walk-in will-call at the Oaks Avenue address.

Why it’s listed

This is a first-party Equipment operation with a printed Chino street address, weekday customer-service hours, an official catalog with on-page dollar prices, and a named 2026 brand combination — not a scraped directory card, not Amazon, and not an affiliate storefront.
